CHHC is a one of the most professionally managed companies I’ve worked with. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the last 25 years both professionally and personally, so i know what makes a bad, good and great contractor, and Sam is stellar. Sam was quick to show up and provided us multiple options for what we needed. He answered all of my questions by teaching me how my system works. He explained how the unit he chose is sized to meet our homes size and layout, and also able to meet the existing ductwork design so that the equipment runs in optimal conditions. The house is so comfortable now and we are extremely happy with our choice and with the installation. I would highly and strongly recommend.

AC went out overnight. Called first thing that morning and within 2 hrs a technician was at my house and was able to get my AC operating again within an hour. End price was not necessarily cheap but the professionalism, responsiveness, and ease of business has warranted my 5 stars. I will definitely call Sam again if I ever has any issues. He has my recommendation.

Great Company! Sam the owner was fantastic! He replaced an older 20 year old central air unit with a brand new complete Carrier Unit. Sam gave me choice of fixing older unit, or replacing. I thought it best to replace. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working (both him and his worker), and exactly on time. Answered all my questions, and I highly recommend Him and his Company for all your central air needs. He also does heating and will use Him for my new oil boiler in winter to tune up. Central Air unit now has warranties, and feels great in my home. Thank you Sam!

When our AC unit broke down, and we had *multiple* companies out and they all told us it needed to be replaced and gave us quotes on the order of tens of thousands of dollars. Sam came out, diagnosed the real issue, fabricated a part on-site, and charged us less than $300. It's been THREE YEARS now and our AC is still working. We had another issue this summer and they stopped by at 6pm on the Friday before 4th of July weekend in the middle of a massive heatwave and replaced a capacitor to get it working again. I even offered to pay an after hours fee but I was shrugged off and told not to worry about it . They came out today for a routine furnace inspection. We live in a historic early 1700's house and the basement is terrible but he (Sam, the owner) just made jokes and was needlessly worried/conscientious about tracking dirt through the house. Even if I could save a few bucks going with someone else, I wouldn't. These guys will actually find what's wrong, and if there's a way to keep your unit alive they will figure it out. And if you're told you need expensive work done, you at least have the peace of mind that they weren't just trying to upsell you. This is the company you want to use. Hard stop.
